Alexandria Awad


alexandria awadAlexandria Awad is an associate at Levy Konigsberg, LLP where she specializes in asbestos litigation, with an emphasis on exposure from asbestos-contaminated talcum powder products. She is honored and committed to representing individuals diagnosed with mesothelioma as well as their impacted families.

Prior to joining Levy Konigsberg, Alexandria began her career litigating negligence cases at a prominent Long Island personal injury law firm, including cases involving automobile collisions, premises liability, and labor law. Within her first year of practice she authored a brief and won oral argument at the Appellate Division, Second Department.

Alexandria received her J.D. from The George Washington University in 2015, where she was awarded the 2014 Public Interest Scholarship and the 2014 Public Service Fellowship in recognition of her commitment to public service. She was also recognized by the American Bar Association Section of Environment, Energy and Resources for her dedication to environmental law by being designated as a Student Scholar at the Section’s 2013 conference. While in Washington, D.C., she interned for the United States Coast Guard’s Judge Advocate General’s Environmental Law Division and served as an honors law clerk at the United States Environmental Protection Agency.

Alexandria received her B.A. in Environmental Studies with a minor in Latin American Studies from New York University in 2011. She is admitted to practice in New York and is a member of the American Bar Association.
