As an associate at Levy Konigsberg, Madeline’s practice focuses on protecting the rights of survivors of both adult and child sexual abuse.

Madeline is a dedicated advocate for survivors of sexual abuse, with a focus on cases involving correctional facilities, juvenile detention centers, residential treatment centers, and foster care. She is committed to obtaining justice for her clients and holding the institutions and government agencies accountable for the harms caused by their inaction, misconduct, and enablement of abuse.

Prior to joining Levy Konigsberg, Madeline worked as an associate attorney representing survivors of child sexual abuse, primarily in cases involving religious organizations and educational institutions. Throughout her legal career, she has remained unwavering in her commitment to seeking justice for survivors and amplifying the voices of those who have been silenced.

Madeline received her Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law, where she was the Managing Editor of the Journal of Civil Rights and Economic Development and the President of the St. John’s Child Advocacy Society. She also served as the advanced torts research assistant to the Vice Dean Emeritus. Prior, she received her undergraduate degree from Fordham University.
