Refer a Friend: Help Survivors of Sexual Abuse in New York Prisons

If you have already stepped forward and started your case with our firm, we want to thank you for your immense courage and strength. Do you know other women who were sexually abused in a New York prison or jail? If so, we invite you to refer a friend by contacting us or sharing our firm’s contact information with them.

It is important for all women who were sexually abused in New York prisons and jails to know their rights under the Adult Survivors Act to seek justice and file a claim. Please help us spread the word to women who was sexually abused in any New York prison or jail. Time is limited and we don’t want any victim to be left behind.

File Deadline November 23, 2023

The deadline for filing a claim is approaching fast, with less than six months remaining. The one-year lookback window, which allows survivors to come forward, will close on November 23, 2023. When this window closes, most women will NOT be able to file a legal claim. You can help make sure that women who were violated by prison guards and staff are able to file a claim before the deadline passes.

To refer a friend or share this information, you can contact us through the form provided or through a live chat or phone call. You can also encourage your friends to contact us and take the first step towards seeking justice. Remember, the more survivors who step forward, the stronger our collective voice becomes. Each survivor's story is crucial in shedding light on the systemic sexual abuse of women that occurs within prisons.
